Updated cpu monitor to support different /proc/cpustats format

- try to re-use existing OffHook session
- hold active lines before: newcall, resume
- allow endcall on: offHook, afterFirstDigit
- allow newcall on: connected, ringin

Also rework a bit softkey sets
